Nightlife – Japan

Nightlife – Japan

As the birthplace of karaoke and izakaya traditions, Japan’s nightlife culture extends to more than nightclubs, pubs and bars. Izakaya is generally a laid-back tavern where traditional sake, umeshu (plum wine) and shochu (Japanese spirit) are paired with classic edamame, tofu or grilled fish. And karaoke venues have private rooms called karaoke boxes with private seating, large screens and microphones.

Tokyo and Osaka are the true party capitals of Japan. While Shinjuku is for izakaya hopping, Ginza is for upscale bars and Roppongi is undoubtedly Tokyo’s energetic district with jazz venues, western-style clubs and luxurious bars.

Warp Shinjuku is certainly the top most preference for clubbers and loungers to party hard. The four-level different genres night hub includes a moving light entertainment space, a lounge bar with VIP tables, a private DJ party space and a party floor where themes and decorations change every week.

1 Oak Tokyo is the most influential nightclub where popular hip-hop artists perform and their VIP tables are often star-studded.

Ghost Ultra Lounge in Osaka is the king of nightclubs where you party all night with celebrity DJs and shining LED lights. And at The Pink Osaka is a fashion nightclub with pink lights all over where hip-hop echoes on the wall rich with murals. And Club Life Osaka is a place to shake a leg to all of R&B and reggae where every night is new with an upcoming DJ or live act with native beats.
